UX Designer - content design (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 484 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
