UX Designer - content design (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
