UX Designer - content design (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Ivory Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests.
