UX Designer - content design (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
