UX Designer - content design (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
