UX Designer - content design (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Corner Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in training materials. • Experience running usability tests.
