UX Designer - content design (Houston, TX)

Bright Ridge Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
