UX Designer - content design (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Vista Markets and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people based in Houston. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
