UX Designer - content design (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Juniper Health Group is a healthcare provider in Hartford with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
