UX Designer - content design (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Cedar Health provides primary and specialty care in Hartford, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
