UX Designer - content design (Hartford, CT)

Nova Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Hartford, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
