UX Designer - content design (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood North Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
