UX Designer - content design (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Lakeside Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
