UX Designer - content design (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Summit Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
