UX Designer - content design (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Lantern Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
