UX Designer - content design (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
