UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Denver with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient scheduling that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
