UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Basin Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
