UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
