UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Denver, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
