UX Designer - content design (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
