UX Designer - content design (Dallas, TX)

Bright Union Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Dallas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
