UX Designer - content design (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
