UX Designer - content design (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Ember Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
