UX Designer - content design (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Summit Financial Group serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
