UX Designer - content design (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Colorado Springs with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
