UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
