UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Pike Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
