UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Cincinnati, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
