UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cincinnati, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
