UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Glen Health Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
