UX Designer - content design (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Banking Services Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
