UX Designer - content design (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Cedar Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
