UX Designer - content design (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
