UX Designer - content design (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Boston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
