UX Designer - content design (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Boston. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
