UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Boise. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
