UX Designer - content design (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Summit Ivory Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 318 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
