UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Junction Markets Partners and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
