UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Linden Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
