UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Atlanta producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
