UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Meadow Markets is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
