UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Partners serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
