UX Designer - content design (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Timber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
