UX Designer - community resource finder (remote)

Lumen West Care Services is a Colorado Springs organisation with 30 staff that connects people to housing, food and health services. We are hiring a contract UX designer, working remotely, to redesign our online resource finder. What you will do • Speak with clients, caseworkers and partner agencies. • Design search, filters and results that work on old phones. • Test with users and hand off to our developer. What we are looking for • Two or more years in UX; nonprofit or civic-tech experience is a plus. • Plain language and accessibility skills. Contract for five months, remote.
