UX Designer - clinical study portal (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Haven Pharma develops treatments for skin conditions and runs studies where volunteers log symptoms and appointments in an online portal. We are hiring a part-time UX designer to make that experience clearer. What you will do • Interview study participants and coordinators about what confuses them. • Redesign appointment, reminder and symptom-diary screens. • Test with people of different ages and comfort levels with technology. What we are looking for • Two or more years in UX; healthcare or research experience is a plus. • Sensitive, accessible design habits. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, on site in Jacksonville.
