UX Designer - claims status pages (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath River Insurance sells home and auto policies to households across Wisconsin and has about 120 employees. We are hiring a contract UX designer to redesign how customers see the status of their claims. What you will do • Interview customers and claims adjusters about the questions that generate the most calls. • Design clear status pages, notifications and document-upload flows. • Test prototypes and hand them to our developers. What we are looking for • Two or more years in UX; experience with service or financial products is a plus. • Skilled at plain language and accessible design. Contract for five months, on site in Milwaukee.
