UX Designer - billing and outage screens (Miami, FL)

Clearpath West Energy provides electricity plans and outage updates to households across South Florida. Our app is used most during storms, and it shows. We are hiring a full-time UX designer to rework the outage-reporting and billing flows. What you will do • Map how customers currently find outage status and where they give up. • Design and test clearer flows for reporting an outage and checking restoration times. • Work with engineers to ship improvements before hurricane season. What helps • Three years designing consumer or utility products. • Experience with accessibility standards and low-bandwidth situations. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role, with two team days a month in Miami.
