UX Designer - accessibility review (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
