UX Designer - accessibility review (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Virginia Beach serving students and families. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
